terms of service

By commissioning me, you agree to all the terms set below.

  • I will draw: Fanart, OCs, kemonomimi, mild gore, light PDA

  • Ask about: Real people, moderate gore, mascots and animals, furry/anthro

  • I won’t draw: Extreme gore, NSFW, mechas, overly old/muscular, overly complicated armor

usage

  • All art commissioned from me is for personal use only.

  • You may use the art for icons/headers/wallpapers etc. but please do not sell or monetize my art in any form. If using or reposting the art on your own social platforms, please credit me as @dotpyenji on Twitter/Tumblr.

  • I retain all copyrights over my work, meaning I can repost art commissioned from me on my own platforms. However I cannot resell commissioned work nor use them for my own personal or commercial projects.

  • You cannot use the commissioned art for NFTs or AI training.

payment

  • I accept payment through Paypal (USD), Ko-fi, and GCash (PHP).

  • If using Paypal, I will send you an invoice for your order, which must be fulfilled before I begin work.

  • If using Ko-fi, send a number of tips equal to or more than the price of the commission.

  • Payment is upfront; I will begin work once payment has been received and your order confirmed.

  • Any payment is for artistic labor only.

  • Payment, regardless of amount, does not entitle you to priority; I may create personal art or other commissions while working on your commission.

refunds

I only offer refunds for the following situations:

  1. It's been more than two months since you've paid, and I haven't gone beyond the initial sketch.

  2. There is a significant difference between the descriptions in the commission order and the final output. I require clear and preferably visual references for commissions. Any details not obviously stated by the commissioner in the initial order and during WIP checks cannot be grounds for a refund. However, I can provide refunds if I miss a critical detail that was very clearly provided by the commissioner and it would take too long to fix it.

  3. I accepted the commission order, but later realized that it is beyond my skill level/I am uncomfortable with it. This is entirely up to me to decide but if I think I can't do it I'll give a full refund.

Other than for the reasons stated above, I don't give refunds. Please make sure all the details for your commission are clearly stated in the order.

revisions

  • I typically send at least one (1) WIP to the commissioner once I'm done with the initial sketch, just to check if the general pose/expression is to their liking.

  • I may also send additional WIPs to check the colors, backgrounds, etc. Let me know if you'd rather I send one WIP only!

  • Once I finish the commission, I let the commissioner check for any small details they might want added or changed (tiny sparkles/gradients in the background, no eye highlights, a different lip color, and other things that don't take more than five minutes to change.)

  • Whenever I send back WIPs, please don't hesitate to let me know if you want anything changed, especially during the first WIP check! It's your commission, so it's best you make sure that you're getting what you had in mind.

  • Please note that I will not accept input for changes to poses and clothing once I have finished the lineart.
